A female fetus was found at the washroom of of Government Hospital in Akola. The dogs tarted biting the fetus. Alert people saw dog carrying the fetus in mouth, they took it away from the dog and handed in to the hospital. Post Mortem was done which revealed it to be a female fetus and has registered a case against it. There has been an increase in abortion of female fetus in Akola and now this incident has only proved it. Police has also detained sonography machines of hospital.

Pushpawati river is filled with chemicals as a result of which the water has become contaminated and stinks a lot. People can even eat because of the foul smell. Many animals also drink the water which can be very harmful to their health. The doctors have also said that such kind of water can have adverse effect on people’s health. Residents complains that many illegal factories are working in the surrounding forest that throws its chemical waste in the river. They have complained in health department, pollution department as well as to the collector. Officials says that investigation is going on to find a solution to this problem.

People of Raypura Village set a dumper truck on fire as it mowed down a local resident who died on the spot. As a result the agitated villagers set truck on fire and also bashed the driver who was trying to run away. Fire brigade officials reached the spot to take the fire under control but angered mob warned them not to do so.
The dead is identified as Shambubhai Parmar and it was his daughters marriage at the night when he died in this accident and the next day his nephew was to get married. This unfortunate incident has shattered the entire family.

Vadiya Village of Banaskantha which is well known in India for the practice of human trafficking and forceful flesh trade of their unmarried daughters. But with changing time the mentality of the villagers is also changing and with the help of Ahmedabad based NGO called Vicharit Jati, they held mass wedding, for the first time, of 7 girls and engagement ceremony of 17 other girls on 11th March at 11am.
Total population of this village that is located at Tharad Taluka is 591 among which there are 270 males and 321 females. Here female population is more compared to male population. Before 150 years Saraniya community people from Rajasthan came in this village but they did not have any means to earn a living. 200 families of this community reside here and hence they started to send their 14 years and above aged daughter in this flesh trade. These girls were sent to every corner of the nation. Whenever a girl was born they did not kill her rather were happy with her birth and only unmarried girls were sent in the flesh trade. This tradition is running since 150 years and now some positive changes have been seen in the mentality of the villagers. The community believes that engaged girls cannot be forced in prostitution hence those girls who were too young to marry were engaged to boys.
Vicharit Jati organization is working on the reformation of the village since last 8 years and has organized the mass wedding of unmarried girls. This will save life of 24 girls.
This ugly practice had made the village infamous since last 150 years. And now the mass wedding will help improve the image of this village in the nation. As a result of the social organization’s efforts of 8 years, now there are only 25% families involved in this practice and the rest have left this practice. And the organization is also working for the development of the village for which they also made a road alongwith providing financial help to the people. On the other hand villagers and their leader believe that it is only because of the efforts of this organization that this mass wedding is arranged in their village. They also said that because of poor economical condition they were engaged in this practice and now are looking forward positively towards development.

Thieves were captured in CCTV Camera while stealing the donation box and ornaments of God. This is not the first time they have robbed three temples prior to this as well. But police has not yet succeeded in nabbing these thieves.

Robotic Operation of Bladder Cancer was practiced for the very first time in India at the Kidney Hospital of Nadiad. The entire operation was done by a single doctor and an attendant.
Last week a Kutch resident named Ibrahimbhai was operated for bladder cancer at the kidney hospital of Nadiad, Kheda. Ibrahimbhai was suffering from this cancer since a long time and was not able to get proper medication. One of his friends advised him to visit this hospital and at the same a robotic machine was also brought in the hospital to cater robotic surgery. He is the first patient to be operated with a robotic machine and he recovered within 7 days instead of 15 days after the surgery.
In the previous time when this surgery was done a cut was made on the stomach of the patient and then he/she was operated with hands. But now with this robotic surgery only four holes are made and the entire surgery is done by the robotic hand.
This kind of operation is very painful for the patient and is done at one or two places of world. But now doctors are claiming that this operation is first of its kind not only in India but in Asia. They also say that these kinds of operations are very difficult but now robotic system has eased it.
It is likely that after Nadiad Kidney Hospital, many other hospitals will also start practicing this robotic operation. When such inventions are affordable to common people then they will prove as blessings in real sense.

A farmer while watering his farm was attacked by a lioness and lion. It was a close call for the farmer who was dragged by the lioness. But fortunately he was saved as he gave a good fight to the lioness. This was the second attack by lioness in 48 hours. Before this the lioness attacked two goats and a cow and now following this attack on farmer the villagers have appealed to forest department for quick action.

Mobile phones has a history of fatal accidents that led to death of many youngsters. A BCA student named Pushpak Nagraj studying at Bengaluru died as he was crossing track by listening to songs in mobile with earphones on. People tried to draw his attention towards the train but failed to do so.
In yet another case a 15 year old youth named Kaushalendra Pal of Gaziyabad also died while he was crossing railway track alongwith his friends and listening to music with earphones. Two more cousin brothers of Gaziyabad also died in the same way.
Two more youths of Delhi also died because of earphones.
Apart for railways tracks people, majority youngsters, are seen everywhere in public places as well listening to music on earphones. People needs to be conscious to avoid such ordeals.

A youth died by coming under train near Veraval Railway station, as he was not able to hear the noise of train due to headphones in ears.
Today mobile phone is of various uses but the new generation should be aware of the fatal consequences this device can cause. This incident took place at 9:30 am when Somnath Jabalpur Express was coming near Veraval Railway Station. At that time a youth, Jayesh Mohanlal Chauhan, staying near railway track, was crossing railway track with headphones in ears. The driver blow may whistles but Jayesh could not hear them as he was either listening to songs or was talking to someone as a result he collided with the train engine. His body was broken into two pieces and hence mobile phone and headphones lead him towards death.
Train driver whistled a lot but Jayesh was not able to hear nay sound because of the headphones. As railway crossing was closed there were many people present despite of this nobody was able to save his life. After the accident the train stopped with a great shock and people rushed to the spot from where they were only able to take out pieces of Jayesh dead body.
The driver in his memo mentioned that a 22 year old youth jumped the run over because of which he died. Police is investigating further in the case but the family members have come to know that Jayesh died because of mobile and earphones.
