The Governor will decide whether to grant sanction for criminal prosecution of the State Fisheries Minister Purshottam Solanki over his role in an alleged scam of granting fishing contracts of various reservoirs in Gujarat by flouting norms. Gujarat High Court on Friday asked the government to take a decision within three months on sanction to prosecute, Purushottam Solanki over alleged irregularities.
