A pujari of Harneshwar Mahadev temple is accused for molesting 2 minor girls. He is accused that when these two girls came to the temple he dragged them to a room and tried to molest them. However, one girl managed to escape from his trap and she complained to her parents, following which a group of mob came to the temple and bashed him up. Later they handed him to the police who has charged him under the case of molesting girls as well as attempt of kidnapping them. However, the pujari is refusing any such charges against him. The family of the girls demands strict actions against the pujari.
Man Stabbed to death in Rajkot

A man was stabbed to death last night in Gondal Chokdi area of Rajkot. The victim was the owner of a factory near Shree Hari Industries. Jayendra Pandya was returning on his bike from his factory when three unknown men attacked him with sharp weapons. Onlookers took critically injured Jayendra to hospital where he succumbed to the injuries. After the incident police reached the spot and started investigating the case with the help of dog squad. In the past as well incidents of loots has occurred in this area. However, police is now probing further in this case.

In Juhapura region a shameful incident took place on Tuesday evening. A 5 year old girl was molested by her neighbor. The accused identified as Dastagir is a vegetable vendor. After the incident he eloped but later was nabbed by police.
The incident took place in evening when girl was out of her house to buy chocolate from shop where she met the accused in her way. The accused asked her to buy tobacco for him. When the girl went to his house to give him tobacco he molested her. Mother of the girl lodged complaint in police after the girl narrated entire story to her.
DEO on checking spree on schools running during Summer Vacation, Rajkot

Many schools in Rajkot is running during vacations as well. Complaint was done by NSUI about this. The District Education Officer, keeping this in mind, checked many such schools that were open during vacations. 4 Teams of DEO went to private schools and stopped the educational process in the name of extra classes. The DEO gave notice to 7 such schools in this context. The DEO also threatened that if the schools will continue to work in vacations then there registration will be cancelled.

After increased in number of loot, the jewelers of Mumbai city are living in fear. After the loot of 60 Lac in a jewelers shop of Ghatkopar once again the security of the jewelers is at stake. Jewelers are agitated with this as no one knows when robbers will attack them and their shops with weapons. They are also angry at the slow work of police as in the murder case of jewelers that occurred in Malad police has not done anything except publishing the sketches of the accused. The police has not arrested any accused in this case as well, says the family members of the victims. The jewelers are living in fear and has demanded security from the police. They have also threatened that if the police will not tighten the security of the jewelers than they will protest on roads.
