MCA imposes 5 year Ban on Shahrukh Khan

Mumbai Cricket Association has Banned actor and Co-Owner of Kolkata Knight riders for five year. It has banned Shahrukh Khan from entering the Wankahde Stadium for Five year.

Ban is imposed for misbehaving and abusing MCA officials without any provocation making manhandling an issue. President of MCA, Vilas Rao Deshmukh announced the ban holding a press conference. He said that rules and regulations are for everybody and if it is violated than action is mandatory.

On the other side secretary of BCCI and Chairman of IPL was seen supporting SRK in the matter. He said that when the issue will com to BCCI then decision will be taken by BCCI.

The scuffle at the Wankahde has reached Delhi as many political leaders are demanding to close the controversial IPL league. MNS leader Raj Thakrey do not miss a chance of attack thus condemning Shahrukh Khan he said that he has disrespected Marathi Language. Udhav Thakrey leader of Shiv Sena also attacked SRK saying that he does not have any personal grudges towards him but if norm is broken then action against it is required..

Crocodile in residential Colony, Mumbai, Part 1

On Thursday Night in Mulund chaos was seen after residence found a crocodile swimming in the gutter of the colony. In Morning residents spotted the crocodile and tried to rescue it.
Forest officials were called immediately. Armed with pole and rope the officers rescued the crocodile after a long struggle.

Ahmedabad Crime Branch arrested brother duo owners of Gopi Restaurant for cheating their friend for Rs. 1.35 crores.

Rajendra and Dilip Thakkar cheated their childhood friend Praful Thakker.

They told Praful Thakar that the resort is a favoured destination for the filmmakers and television serial producers and thus there is huge potential for the profits once the project shapes up. They promised Thakar double the returns on his investment in ten months. Attracted by the profit margin and whole idea of project Praful invested 1.35 crores.

When the brothers stopped taking his call he investigated in the matter and found that they are duping others too.

The duo is in police custody investigation is underway.

Sting operation on Nursing Home conducting Sex Determination, Exclusive Part 3

A sting operation carried out by district health and police officials on Friday in Naroda which exposed Dr. Hemang Shah conducting sex determination violating Pre-Conception Pre Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act (PCPNDT) Act.

The operation was led by chief district health official Neelam Patel.Team of Tv9 was along with health officials in entire sting Operation. A lady medical official contacted Ashok Patel who is said to be agent who helps the sex determination test to be done. A three month pregnant lady volunteer the team for the sting.

In Umiya Nursing home the health officials and Tv9 reached at around 1 pm.
Dr. Hemang Shah reached nursing home with his portable sonography machine as per the appointment line up before. Fee for conducting was fixed 10,000 which was brought down to 9,000 after negotiation.

Dr. Hemang Shah was caught red handed conducting sex determination and abortion.When Ashok Patel and Dr. Hemang Shah saw the cameras chasing them they were taken aback and threw the money out of window. Interestingly Dr. Hemang Shah do not hold degree of Gynecologist.

Both Ashok Patel and Dr. Hemang Shah are booked under sections 20, 22, 23, 25 and 28 of PNDT Act and sections 201 and 204 of IPC.
