In New Raneep region of Ahmedabad from last 15 years there is no facility of electricity, water supply and roads. Residents have alleged that for one hour water supply they have to write application to Corporation zillion times. In the area there are 1300 houses. The residents are forced to depend on water tanks and neighboring society to meet their demands of water.

Man held for raping wife’s sister, Vadodara

Police nabbed Vinod Marwadi for raping his 13 year old sister-in-law. The minor came to her sister’s home due to vacations. Taking advantage of her being along, the culprit allegedly raped her. After raping the minor he threatened to kill her if she will reveal this to anybody. When her another sister asked the victim she confessed about the incident.
The family has lodge a complaint against the accused who is an auto rickshaw driver and awaits for justice.
The woman is in shock at this behavior of her husband and she demands to hang him till death for this sin.
Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare’s day long fast from June 3

Anti-Corruption activist Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev will be on a day long fast on June 3 at Jantar-Mantar. Here Baba Ramdev will start his anti-graft crusade and take it to the different parts of the country.
The one-day fast is to demand bringing back black-money stashed away abroad and against corruption and corrupt system will have its echo in the state capitals as well with Ramdev’s Bharat Swabhiman Andolan organising protests.
