On Wednesday hundreds of MNS activists attacked and damaged toll posts in various parts of Mahrashtra. MNS chief Raj Thakrey has doubt regarding toll collection policy of government. Raj Thakrey says that there is no transparency in toll collection. MNS and many road users have demanded to end toll collection.
Where anyone may give a second thought by finding lots of cash suddenly but Arif Mohammad, a driver, returns bag that contained lacs of rupees to Andheri police. He set an example of loyalty by returning the bag.
On Tuesday Arif was traveling from Andheri to Church gate in local where he found a plastic bag. On opening the bag he found lots of money and cheques in the bag. At first he tried to search the owner of the bag but when he failed in that he reached Andheri Police Station and handed over the bag to police.
After sometimes the owner of the bag was traced. Amit Shah in a hurry to board train forgot his bag in local.

Treasury of Mahalakshmi temple was opened to begin treasure counting. The Mahalakshmi temple of Kolhapur is 900 year old. The treasure was opened by temple authorities after forty year. But many obstruction came in way while treasure counting. On the first day the key of treasure room went missing. Few people said that its not good sign thus counting should be stopped.

On Wednesday priest of Badiya dev temple was surprised after reading note on Notice board. The note was written by robber that ” Jhuth Bole Kauwa Kate, I am taking only rupees 10,000 and will return it as i get the job”. The priest trust the robber as 2 lakh cash was there in temple despite that he took only 10,000 rupees. Priest has not lodged complaint.
Women of Waso village of Nadiad have been duped in name of Subsidy loan. A cheater gang consisting of a man and two women cheated 20 women of village by taking them in confidence. The master mind of gang is identified as Hasmukh Pandya.
After winning confidence of women he made bogus affidavit of them and took rupees 5,000 from each. The gang stayed in the village for quite some time thus none of the villager was skeptical about them. But soon they realized that they are duped thus filed police compliant.
On Wednesday three Union Ministers of UPA landed in Ahmedabad. P Chidambaram, Salman Khurshid and Ambika Soni addressed Media. Home Minister P Chidamabram said that Central Government has also contributed in economic development of Gujarat alone BJP can not take the credit.
Ambika Soni attacked state government on issues of missing children in the state and claimed that malnutrition among women in India is 51%, the figure of Gujarat is 55%. In 2000, malnutrition among children was 75% but now it has risen to 80%, much higher than the national average. Vibrancy comes when women and children of the state are able to stand up on their own
On this State cabinet spokesperson Jay Narayan Vyas said that the figures of malnourishment handed out by the Union ministers were also not true. The malnourishment in Gujarat was 44 per cent in children, while in the national malnourishment figure stood at 53 per cent.
