Actress launches semi-nude poster against Vasant Dhoble, Mumbai

Since last some time Vasant Dhoble has become a threat for many bars and pubs as he exposed many dance bars that were running illegally. But some people and mostly youngsters are getting against Dhoble. At first a freedom rally by youngsters was catered in Mumbai expressing their anger against Vasant Dhoble. And now an actress named Shamita Sharma has started a poster war against him. She has launched a semi-nude photo of hers for an upcoming movie “What the Foble”. Also she has launched a video album.
Where on one hand a controversy has irked because the semi nude poster contains tricolor, on the other hand Vasant Dhoble seems unaffected by these actions.

Couple buried under sand while digging, dies, Kadi

Parents of five kids in Sadra village buried under the sand while they were working. A cliff slipped and the couple got trapped under it. After the incident officials rushed to the spot and JCB started removing the sand but till then the couple died.
On the other hand residents of the village are blaming that illegal mining has increased in the area. Also the sarpanch of village said that these people did not have any permission for digging the sand and when he tried to stop him they threatened him.

250 years old Diwanji Haweli and 300 year old Ramji Temple is in poor condition as since ages these heritage buildings are not looked after. After such a long time the authority has taken steps towards the maintenance of these buildings that are often considered as identities of our city.
A special team of architect who is inspired by Indian culture is called from Spain who will be accompanied by students of CEPT University and the experienced craftsmen.
The entire work is divided into 6 phases – Drafting, Repairing of the affected areas, saving the Dilapidated areas, renovating the outer part of building, decorating the building from within, and colouring of the entire building.

One more ponzi scam is busted and this time the investment has increased from doubling the invested money to investment in land. A man on the insistence of his relative invested a total of 47 lac rupees including his and other relatives amount. He was promised double amount in 6 months and when he went to take his money he was given a land which was not possessed by the accused.
The accused ran a company named Aliya Investment Pvt. Ltd. A police complaint is lodged in which one of the accused is nabbed and three are wanted.

No one to stop at the entrance of AMC Dumping Site, Ahmedabad

The law is openly broken at the dumping site of Pirana in Ahmedabad. No one except the officials of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Solid Waste Management Department. Trespassing in this area is strictly prohibited but we found out many kids and women entering the area and collecting the garbage. These people entered the area without any restrain.
Tv9 report exposed this activity but even after the report no action was taken by the authority. Our reporter visited the place twice but there was no difference at the site. When contacted the on duty sanitary inspectors he started making excuses but it was the supervisor who exposed the irresponsibility of the officers.

CBI to probe in the Junagadh HIV Case, Ahmedabad

The Gujarat high court on Wednesday transferred probe to the CBI in the incident of 23 thalassemic kids in Junagadh contracting HIV through blood transfusion. CBI probe has been ordered for the first time by the HC while acting on a PIL.

After the entire incident came into light on 10th September 2011 that 23 thalassemic kids contracted HIV by blood transfusion from Sarvoday Blood Bank. Neither Junagadh police nor Civil Hospital officials were concerned about probing deeper in the case. Hence, parents and lawyers filed a PIL demanding thorough probing in this case.

The blood bank is a private blood bank and yet it is located in the Civil Hospital campus. The court observed that no effective steps were taken during five months of probe and the system seemed supporting the private blood bank, which did not even have a license.

The court declared this case as rarest of the rare case and CBI investigation will start after 4 weeks.
