Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav made a controversial announcement in the assembly on Tuesday saying the MLAs who do not have a car of their own be allowed to buy one using state funds.An amount of Rs.20 lakh for the purpose could be withdrawn from the MLA fund.
