5 year old Shreya was bitten by a poisonous crate snake following which she was admitted in J J Hospital. The snake bite Shreya while she was asleep after which she complained of severe stomach pain.
She was rushed to the hospital was her condition was critical and she was admitted in ICU. However the girl was successfully saved and is doing fine now.
The place where she lives is surrounded by forest area and hence many poisonous snakes are seen there and has also bitten many people in the past.

Opposition poured in from all sides when UP Chief Minister announced that state’s MLA can used Rs. 20 lakh welfare fund. On Wednesday he took back the decision. He told media that he is cancelling his order due to the widespread criticism from media. Earlier on Tuesday he backed his decision that usage of money from development fund is for poor MLAs of his state.
It seems that UP’s CM has developed tendency of taking back his decision as earlier also he cancelled the decision of power shut in malls and shops to save power.

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday filed 10 thousand page charge sheet after 18 months in Mumbai High Court. The charge sheet is against 13 accused persons in the Adarsh Housing Society case, including the former Maharashtra Chief Minister, Ashok Chavan, the former MLC, Kanhaiyalal Gidwani; senior retired Army officials and bureaucrats and a former employee of the Defence Ministry.
Previously 9 accused were arrested by the CBI but they got bail because charge sheet was not filed in 60 days.
The accused are booked for cheating, criminal conspiracy and misconduct by government servants. Sections 13(1)(d), 120B and 420 of the IPC have been invoked against them.

Three year old girl went missing from out side her house on Tuesday. According to onlookers when Muskan was playing outside her house a man approached her and took her by luring her with Pepsi. Her mother Tara was at work when incident took place. Police complaint has been lodged in Anand Nagar police station. However Mother and her brother has alleged that father of the girl might have took her.
Parents of Muskan are not staying together since six months. It is learned that father used to threaten them every now and then.

On the occasion of Guru Purnima devotees donated gold and silver worth crores of rupees at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. In three days 4.14 crore donation was collected in the temple.
730 gram gold, 5 kg silver and cash was donated. Also, the foreigner devotees donated dollars and euros in large number.
Devotees from across the world arrives here to get a glimpse of Sai Baba.

There has been an outbreak of cholera in Dhanera village of Banaskantha. Lack of pure drinking water has resulted in this disease.Many cases of diarrhea have been reported in the past five days. The disease has also caused the death of two people in the town.
Dhanera town has been declared cholera prone by district collector and district magistrate. The urban area of Dhanera is declared cholera prone and other villages are also included. Dhanera Mamlatdar is given the charge to control the epidemic of cholera.

Robbers attacked a house in day light in Jamnagar and looted 60 thousand rupees. The robbers entered house of a Girls College principal in Patel Colony at 8:30 am. They took away only money and did not even touched the ornaments.
The women of the house were present but the robbers threatened them to kill the kids and robbed at the tip of a knife. Also the robber knew every detail about their family. Hence it is suspected that the robbers are from the same locality.
Police is also surprised at such behaviour of the robbers and is investigating in the case.

Food Department of Rajkot Corporation found out water mixed in milk of Shree Gel Maa Dairy, Raghunandan Dairy, Sant Krupar, Ghanshyam and many other dairies in the city. Samples were taken from these dairies and were brought to Gandhinagar FSL and reports of 4 dairies were negative and confirmed water mixed with milk.
Hence the owners of these 4 dairies are booked under Food Safety and Standard Act.
