Important things recovered from Laila Khan’s farmhouse in Igatpuri

Crime Branch team recovered various important things from Laila Khan’s Igatpuri farmhouse which may help in resolving the murder mystery of starlet and her family members. The investigation team found a knife, two mobile phones, two wrist watches, four gold rings, iron rods, two blood stained pillows, four bedsheets, ladies purse and two pairs of lady shoes while digging almost 5.5 feet area near her farmhouse. On Tuesday, Crime Branch recovered six skeletons as well and have sent them for DNA test to identify the dead bodies.

Gujarat State has lowest unemployment rate

Latest report of Central Labour Department stated that Gujarat has lowest unemployment rate among all states across the country. The report also states that Gujarat has a very low unemployment rate among females in urban areas.
Apart from Gujarat there are, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Punjab.
The survey also expressed worry on female ration of employment which is low compare to males.
Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi was delighted at this report.
“Delighted! Gujarat has the least unemployment rate amongst all the states in the country and the national average,” Mr Modi tweeted.
Most umemployment was reported in Goa, Kerala, Bihar and West Bengal.

Minor girl tortured by employers, Mumbai

A minor girl was tortured both mentally and physically at the house where she was working as a helper. The girl was undergoing this inhumane torture for since last 2 years. She was denied stepping out of the house as well. Only once in a day was she supposed to step out of the house that is the time when she has to throw the garbage of the house.
The minor girl belonged to a poor family and a woman named Kavita brought her to Mumbai from Orissa promising her educating alongwith house hold chores.
The girl was also beaten up by hot spoons and rods.
A woman named Mantasha Yusuf Saiyad when saw the poor condition of the girl decided to free her from this torture. This lady took the girl to police station and lodged a complaint against the accused couple.

Health Department sealed four restaurants , Ahmedabad

Health Department of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has sealed four Restaurant of New west zone for releasing their waste water in open which creates problem for residents in surrounding area. According to AMC they had issued regarding this earlier but as no step was taken by restaurant owner they took this strict action of sealing the hotels.

On the other restaurant owners have ruled out disposing waste water in open.

Four Youth held for stealing seized foreign liquor from Police Station, Surat

On Wednesday in a shocking incident four youths were caught while stealing liquor from police station in Surat. Incident is of Surat where four youth were caught in police patrolling. The foreign liquors which were seized during raid was stored in a room of police station. The youth made dent in the wall and used to steal liquor from the room.

While Kosamba police was doing patrolling they caught these four stealing liquor from the room. Two bike and liquor was seized by police from them. It is reported that they had stolen foreign liquor worth lakh.

Laila Khan case : 3 Skulls recovered from Igatpuri has severe fractures

Mumbai Crime Branch has recovered six human skeletons at the farmhouse of missing Bollywood actress Laila Khan at Igatpuri near Nashik. After DNA test it would be confirmed that remains belong to Laila Khan and family.

Parvez Tak the third husband of Laila Khan’s mother has confessed that he has killed six members of family over property dispute. Some knives and rods, which crime branch sources said could be the murder weapons, and a mobile phone have also been recovered from the farmhouse, located 140 km from Mumbai.

Ahmedabad Lawyers joins protest against HER Bill

Lawyers in Gujarat have decided to join the two-day nation-wide strike from tomorrow, called by Bar Council of India (BCI) against the government’s Higher Education and Research (HER) Bill aimed at usurping its control over the legal education.
During agitation in major cities like Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Surat, lawyers burnt the copies of Higher Education and Research Bill, 2011 as a mark of protest. They also shouted slogans against the Union government.

Model Attacked for wearing bikni with Indian flag, Mumbai

Gehana Vashisht did a photo-shoot wearing our national flag with bikini. The photos appeared in a famous magazine which agitated many people as the sentiments of people were hurt.
An irate crowd corners her at Lokhandwala, and starts pelting stones at her car, cracking the rear windshield. The model herself was severely injured because of this stone pelting. She was rushed to a nearby clinic for treatment.
She later in her defense said that the photo-shoot was personal use and was taken while she was out with her friends and also that she is unaware as to who leaked the photos.
