A bus of Saraswati Vidya School in Mehsana over turned as the drunk driver was over speeding the bus. Fortunately, the 20 students that were in the bus sustained merely minor injuries and escaped death.
The driver was newly appointed and prior a complaint was also made to the school authorities about his over speeding but no action was taken against him. The driver was driving the school bus in drunk condition since last one week.
However, in the accident the driver died.
Irate parents says that the school authorities shown irresponsibility in this case. The authorities did not comment on the entire accident.
Dolly Patel, has accused a PI and 4 others for raping her. The woman blames that during the CID Crime Branch custody she was raped by these 5 accused. The woman at first went to Meghaninagar police station to lodged her complaint. But looking at the seriousness of the issue the case was handed over to Ahmedabad women police and now the case will be looked after women city crime of Ahmedabad.
The woman was arrested in a land scam of Vadodara before four months and she was kept in CID Crime custody from 24 May to 28 May. The woman claims that she was raped during the period only. The truth will come out after the medical report of the lady.
The Shivling of Baba Amarnath has melted from 18 to 6 feet from 25 June i.e., merely 17 days. Devotees in large number goes for the auspicious Amarnath Yatra. Hence now it is difficult to say whether the devotees will be able to get a glimpse of the Shivling or not.
The main reason behind this is the increased number of visitors. Because of the large number of people the temperature around the Shivling has increased which is melting. Approximately, 4 lakh devotees visited and 20 thousand devotees were without registration. Hence, devotees are upset with this melting of the Shivling.
As a result of late monsoons the farmers are upset as they may or may not get sufficient water to grow their crops. Hence, State Government has decided to provide power supply for 10 hours instead of 8 hours for irrigation, which is a good news for the farmers.
This will help the farmers to a great extent.
There has been a unique connection between the 14 date and fire in AMTS buses. Since last three months three buses caught fire and it was 14 date during every occasion. On 14th May the first CNG bus caught fire at SG Road, on 14 June another CNG bus caught fire at Nehru bridge cross roads and on third occasion as well a CNG bus caught fire at 14th July near Rupali Cinema.
Terror of swine flu has increased in the non-slum areas of Mumbai. There are approximately 88 cases of swine flu registered in March till date. In March there were 7 cases registered, in April 15, in June 35, and in July 26 cases have registered to be swine flu positive till now.
This is a serious condition because with every passing day the figures of swine flu has increased in the posh areas of Mumbai.
A woman was tortured both physically as well as mentally for giving birth to girl child not once but twice. Hence her in-laws and husband who wished for a son did not wanted a girl for which they even laid baseless allegations of the woman’s character and tortured her immensely. So much that the woman was finally thrown out of her house which injuries all over. The helpless woman is not undergoing treatment at hospital.
She was also tortured for dowry by her in-laws.
Undergoing inhuman torture for a long time, the woman has finally lodged a complaint against them. Police has nabbed her husband and are on a look out for her in-laws.
A sex racket was busted yet again in Ahmedabad. Khokhra police raided Ambuja Co-operative Society where the sex racket was running. 4 females and 7 males were nabbed int this raid.
The main accused Parul Shah was running this racket by calling the women from Bengal and Mumbai through pimps.
When interrogated the Parul said that the entire racket was running out of helplessness.
Many objectionable things were also found from the apartment during the raid.
A female teacher of a primary school at Brahmanvashi village near Padra of Vadodara beat up the students for their act of complaining over the shortage of mid-day meals. 47 students were forced in a room and were beaten up badly. Over 25 students sustained injuries in the incident, after which their livid parents complained to the village council, demanding stern action against the teachers. Irate parents of student state staged a protest outside a police station and lodged a complaint. MLA of Padra has also asked to terminate the teacher.
The children had reportedly complained after the food that they were entitled under the government’s mid-day meal scheme had run out, leaving them hungry. Students of 1 to 6 standards were offered mid-day meal in which the students of class V ran out of food. The students went to Rajubhai, the chief of the School Management Committee (SMC), to lodge a complaint. The teachers were angry with the students for knocking at the doors of the school management with their complaint. When Rajubhai left the school, the teachers beat the students together. On their part, the district authorities have reportedly promised to take strict action against the teachers involved in the incident.
The injured students were brought to the Government Hospital of Padra for treatment.
