Nature has became cruel in Uttrakhand. Chamoli and Uttarkanchi are away from communication due to cloud burst and flood,many people died and many are missing. Critical situation has created due to cloud burst in uttrakhand. Government is taking help from ITBP for rescue.Himachalpradesh is also suffering from cloud burst,due to cloud burst jammu-kashmir highway is closed, rescue is going on to save people and providing basic facilities to people.
