Sons cheated father for property, left him deserted, Sabarkantha

A father who sent his two sons to London for studying and later helped them settle down in America was cheated by his own sons. After three years of their marriage both his sons came back to India and promised their father to take him to America. For this they asked their father to sell all the property he has here in Junagadh.
After this the father and his sons set off for Mumbai but the sons asked their father Ramjibhai to get down at Surat railway station.
From there both his sons flew away and did not returned till date.
Ramjibhai is currently undergoing treatment at an ashram’s hospital as he injured self in an accident.
Ramjibhai owned 20 acre land, a house worth 16 lakh, two cars as well as 75,000/- cash in home. However, due to the deeds of is sons Ramjibhai is now left penniless

Truck loaded with duplicate mawa seized, Chotila

Acting on a tip off Chotila police seized a truck laden with duplicate Mawa at National Highway in Surendranagar. Police seized 1000 kg Mawa and arrested cleaner and driver of the truck. Sample of the mawa is sent Food Control Department. Driver of the truck confessed that truck was loaded from Jamangar and was to be delivered in Ahmedabad

A man was killed by his neighbours over water dispute. Abdul Aziz Khan has a clash with Shaqeel following which Shaqeel and his mother beaten up the victim to death.
In the past as well both the families had water clashes following which police complaints were also lodged.
The accused and his mother are nabbed by police and investigation is going on.

Anuradha Bali alias Fiza commit suicide at her residence in Chandigarh.Fiza was the ex-wife of former Deputy CM of Haryana Chander Mohan alias Chand Mohammad.Her body is in decomposed state at her residence in Mohali. According to police re
port her body is three to four day old as she was living alone it nobody knew about the incidence. When foul smell started coming out from her home neighbors informed police. Her body was found hanging from fan.

Cloudburst demolished houses in Uttarakhand, houses demolished

Houses collapsed, many goes missing and rivers are overflowing with water because of the cloudburst in Uttarkashi. This has claimed life of more than 30 people. A building collapsed in Uttarkashi district of India’s northern Uttarakhand state on Sunday after a cloudburst hit the area.
At least 2,000 people were adversely affected by flash floods triggered by a rainstorm two days earlier as the overflowing Bhagirathi River swept away bridges and houses.
Rescue operation is going on but the heavy rainfall is creating a hindrance in it as well. The pilgrims are also affected to a large extent due to this cloudburst.

IB warns terror strike in Gujarat, High Alert in state

After Pune Serial Blast, Gujarat state has been put on high alert by Intelligence Bureau. IB wrote to Gujarat Police informing that terror attack may strike in the state on 15th August. IB also informed about tightening the security at religious and public places for the coming Janmashtami.
Police has started strict checking at Kalupur railway station and vehicles entering the cities.
