In Meghaninagar a youth jumped to daeth from third floor of a building while he was escaping chase of a crowd. The deceased is identified as Ajay Parmar, son of traffic PSI Babubhai Parmar. On Sunday at Meghani road i10 of Ajay Parmar hit a biker, after that both got engaged in scuffle. In rage Ajay took out knife from the car and attacked the biker. When crowd saw the incident they chased Ajay. To escape the chase he climbed a building and jumped from it trying to catch branch of a tree he fell on ground and died on the spot.
Meanwhile the biker was admitted to Civil hospital for treatment.

People living in Filter Pada area claim to have spotted leopards frequently in their area. Residents are under threat because of the frequent visit of leopards in the area as several times the leopards have also entered houses in the area.

On Monday former CM of Gujarat stated launched his new political party called Gujarat Parivartan Party. Patel told supporters and reporters that that the main aim of the new party is to restore Gujarat’s ‘asmita’ (pride) which, he said, has been undermined by Narendra Modi’s one-man rule.
Among those who were present at the launch at Patel’s residence in Gandhinagar were ex-CM Suresh Mehta, former Union minister Kashiram Rana, former Gujarat minister of state for home Gordhan Zadaphia, former Rajkot (rural) MLA Siddharth Parmar and RSS veteran Bhaskarrao Damle.
Patel resigned from BJP last Saturday.
Gang nabbed for stealing 39 times in city, Ahmedabad

A gang of four is nabbed who are responsible for 39 house break-ins in different parts of the city. They have stolen valuables, clothes and cables worth 1 crore rupees. They used to steal these valuables during the midnight and has also hired a tempo to carry the stolen goods. The main accused has accepted 39 thefts during interrogation and investigation of other members is going on.

On Monday Rajkot police nabbed two for conducting theft in ATM, on investigation it was revealed that one of the accused is a SRP Jawan. In Ranchhod area of Rajkot when residents came to know that two people are attempting to barge ATM of ICIC bank they reached there and the accused absconded from the spot. From the bike police nabbed Kishan and after interrogating him was able to arrest Bhiku Makwana whi is a SRP Jawan. It is learned that the SRP jawan had plan to loot ATM of Gondal earlier.
