It is said that neighbor is the first relative but the incident is the exception, In Baroda youth kidnapped by neighbour for the money. the incident took place on 15th august. kidnapers kidnapped young boy and asked for crore rs from boy’s family. Boy’s Father filed complain in police station and police had started searching operation to find young boy and police got the point that there is someone who is aware with financial condition of Paresh bhai, father of young boy,and after inquiry the whole matter came out that accused done this because he had to give 7 lakh to Paresh bhai. police arrested him and sent to jail.
