The special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court is likely to pronounce the quantum of punishment to gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli and 11 others, who have been convicted for the murder of Shiv Sena corporator Kamlakar Jamsandekar on Monday.
However, it seems that the don of Mumbai is moved following the tension of his family. He said to the judge that he is 60 year old and that the court should give him minimal punishment as he is the sole earner for his family.
