Pond filled with money, Guwahati


On Monday, Indian currencies in the denominations of Rs. 1,000 and Rs.500 were found floating in a pond of Guwahati. People in large number entered to collect Indian currency notes that were found floating on the water.
The incident came into light when a fisherman got various currency notes in his net. He informed others and with a fraction of second huge crowd of people were gathered at the pond. According to sources, till now more than 50,000 currency notes are dig out from this pond. The reason behind this is not known yet.

Houses on the way of Rathyatra are in poor condition, Ahmedabad


A survey is done on the route from where Lord Jaggannath’s Rathyatra will be passed. The route has age old houses and many among them are in poor condition. As lakhs of people will gather on these houses to get a glimpse of the Rathyatra, the authority carried out a survey and gave notice to the owners of such houses.
AMC will check the condition of such houses to which they gave notices last year and will also check if there are any new houses that needs renovation or notice.
There are 133 such houses whose condition are not good.

They are suffering with each passing day. 25 youths of Navsari are hostage in Africa and they family members are waiting eagerly for their sons to return home. Whereas 3 youths of Valsad are also trapped there. The family members says that they were not given salaries since last 4 months.

Robbers loot people while they are asleep, Injured three, Dehgam


In the first case, robbers attacked a woman who was sleeping outside her house. They snatched her golden earrings injuring the woman. When her husband came to her rescue they injured him as well who is now admitted at Civil Hospital.
Similarly, the robbers attacked a house and attacked a couple on protesting. Both the incidents are of Dehgam area. On the other hand police has started interrogating villagers to find clues about the robbers.

Now Luggage are not safe in Rajdhani Express as well, Bangalore


Theft took place in the Rajdhani Express that was going from Delhi to Bangalore on 9th April. While the passengers of 3 tire AC were sleeping in the night then some lost thri purses, laptop, mobile phones, jewellery as well as ATM cards. Later when the passengers went to Railway Police to file a complain the police refused to file a complain and instead blamed them for irresponsibility. Hence passengers are very upset with such behavior of the police. At last police has lodged a complain against the theft but the passengers says that the police needs to improve its security and behavior towards the passengers.

No chance of decrease in price of Groundnut Oil


President of Saurashtra Oil Mill Association said that there are no chances of decrease in the price of Groundnut Oil. The demand of oil is too high whereas the production of groundnut is too low. On the other hand the owners of mills says that most of the mills are also closing down. Government has ordered Stock Limit on Groundnut oil. Also official has seized a tanker from Khambhaliya with Groundnut oil worth worth 12 lakh.

The cost of Alphonso mangoes is Rs. 1500 per dozen whereas other mangoes cost 500-700 per dozen. Mango traders says that the rates are so high that people are not able to afford them.

Lifts are becoming life threatening, Mumbai


The conditions of lifts in Mumbai are worsening with each passing day. According to a survey every year 8-10 accidents occurs due to technical problems in the lift. The lift should be maintained properly and checked properly also there should not be overload in the lift as it is also one factor affecting the accidents.
