Residents of Mujmahuda area of troubled because of the tar plant in the area. In Vadodara city wherever road in made the tar is sent from this plant only. The plant is established by corporation here and it has increased the number of asthmatic patients. People faces trouble in breathing and their health is at stake because of the gas that comes out from the plant. This is not all people’s houses and vessels also become black because of this.
Residents complained to GPCB following which they gave a notice to Corporation. But GPCB blames that despite of the notice the Corporation has not reverted yet.
