Commuters are facing problem everyday as there is distance between the platform and the coach of local train on Platform No. 4. The platform is lower then the coach which makes it difficult for the people, specially women and old people, to get down from the train. Many a times accidents also occurs because of this distance. Complains have been made several times but no action is taken yet to solve this problem.
