Indian and Japanese government has planned new rail project for transportation. This project has bring plenty of problems for farmers of kalol because railway department has asked for farming land for the project so that farmers have asked for land for farming or give proper compensation for land. farmers have knocked the door of High Court to save their land so now just have to see that what would be the high court’s decision.

PIL has been filed in Gujarat High Court after one of the city schools made new rules to give admission for kids on the basis of their height and weight. A kid must have more than 95 and less than 110 cm height to get admission in KG. Also, their weight should be between 15 to 20 kg. Because of this many students cannot get admission in this school. Because of this Jagega Gujarat Sangharsh Committee has filed a PIL in High Court to challenge the rules.

Smith was found dead in the hostel of his school before 9 months. High Court has handed over this case to CID Crime in order to investigate whether it is a suicide or murder.
Initially, police investigated in the case and confirmed it as a suicide case, but the family members of the boy refuses to accept that their son committed suicide. They firmly believes that he cannot commit suicide and they approached the court. Their hopes are now on the CID Crime that their kid will get justice.

An old couple has knocked the doors of Court blaming the former MLA of Amreli, Virji Thummar and three others for cheating them. They accuses that as was decided by the court the MLA has not given them a shop in the shopping complex where they previously were having their residence.
However, the former MLA dismissed any such allegations and on the contrary blames that the complainant has possessed others houses. He says that this is a political stunt.

Jasubhai Parmar was dismissed in 1990 for remaining absent without informing. Hence he was dismissed on this ground and applying two more charges. Jasubhai filed a petition in lower court fro 1990-2010 and in 2010 High Court gave stay orders on his dismissal. But even after that the officials did not pay attention to the stay orders. Jasubhai filed a petition once again in High Court and after two years he got justice. Hence he fought for his right for 22 years and now he claims that he was kept away from all benefits. After 22 years he is worried about all the benefits which he missed.

The Governor will decide whether to grant sanction for criminal prosecution of the State Fisheries Minister Purshottam Solanki over his role in an alleged scam of granting fishing contracts of various reservoirs in Gujarat by flouting norms. Gujarat High Court on Friday asked the government to take a decision within three months on sanction to prosecute, Purushottam Solanki over alleged irregularities.

Gujarat High Court sends notice to NID after its female Associated Professor filed a petition that her contract was terminated apparently because she had filed a sexual harassment case against a colleague. She accused a campus warden for misbehaving with her.
Court has asked NID to give answers till 14th April, and has given stay orders against emptying the professor’s campus quarters till the hearing.
In last two years two cases of physical assault has come into light at NID.
