Narendra Modi travels in Bullet Train of Japan

A meeting between Narendra Modi and Chairman of Suzuki Motors Corporation, Osamu Suzuki was organized in the Hamamatsu city of Japan. Osamu Suzuki left no stone unturned to welcome Modi and his delegation. Suzuki was very impressed by the development of Gujarat State and thanked Modi for helping in the successful Maruti Suzuki project in Mehsana.
With the arrival of top international automobile company in Gujarat, the state is on the verge of becoming an automobile hub. Maruti Suzuki is about to establish its plant near Becharaji in Mehsana. A fruitful meeting of Modi and delegation with Maruti Suzuki Corporation was organized.
Modi was welcomed according to the Japanese tradition in the Grand Hotel of Hamamatsu city. Mayor and Commissioner of Hamamastu were also present. Modi was offered green tea according to the tradition. Osamu Suzuki organized a special lunch in the honour of Modi during which both discussed the established businesses in India.
Osamu Suzuki informed that 500 employees will be brought from Gujarat to Japan and they will be trained there after which they will be send back to work on the plant. Impressed by the development of the state he also said that he will advice other industries as well to invest in Gujarat.
Modi visited the biggest Suzuki plant in Hamamatsu. There he met Indian engineers working in on the Suzuki plant. He addressed the engineers and educated them about the development of Gujarat State. During this get together a Gujarati youth recited a poem for Modi.
After visiting Suzuki plant Modi visited Suzuki museum. There he was informed about how the car is made, what steps should be taken during accident, etc. Modi also saw a 3D film here.
After this Modi remained present in the JETRO Investment Seminar related to Automobile industries. Approximately 100 people were present in this seminar. After the seminar Modi organized a meeting with the office-bearers of Hamamatsu Chambers of Commerce and Industries.
