Minor maid servant beaten up brutally by employer, Mumbai

A minor girl was torture both physically as well as mentally by her employer where he was working as a maid servant. The woman, Tanaaz Irani and her family beaten the minor girl who was staying in her house for household chores. The girl was attacked with knives, hot water was thrown at her as well as scratch marks were seen on her face. The entire incident came into light after one long year. By this time the girl was undergoing this torture constantly.
Mother other the minor has lodged a police complaint and seeks justice for her girl.

Minor girl tortured by employers, Mumbai

A minor girl was tortured both mentally and physically at the house where she was working as a helper. The girl was undergoing this inhumane torture for since last 2 years. She was denied stepping out of the house as well. Only once in a day was she supposed to step out of the house that is the time when she has to throw the garbage of the house.
The minor girl belonged to a poor family and a woman named Kavita brought her to Mumbai from Orissa promising her educating alongwith house hold chores.
The girl was also beaten up by hot spoons and rods.
A woman named Mantasha Yusuf Saiyad when saw the poor condition of the girl decided to free her from this torture. This lady took the girl to police station and lodged a complaint against the accused couple.

12 year old girl kidnapped and gang raped, Ahmedabad

A 12 year old girl from Juharpura area of Ahmedabad, was kidnapped before one month and was gang raped. She was tortured both physically and mentally. She was missing since last one month and on 11th May an unknown lady left her back. But she returned on the second day to take her but the family members did not allowed her to take the minor girl. Police is investigating as to who was the unknown lady who brought her back and later again came to take and who are the kidnappers.

Girl wanted to attend sister’s wedding reached Police Station, Ahmedabad

A girl who wanted to attend her sister’s wedding in Uttar Pradesh cooked up story and landed in police station. She was brought to Ahmedabad by Niyaz Khan from UP whose in-laws are from there and he girls mother was a maid at their house. She allegedly went away from Niyaz’s house without informing anyone to go to her native place. But fortunately she landed in hands of citizens who handed her over to Vejalpur Police station. Police has talked to her mother who will come to Ahmedabad within short time to take her daughter away.

Mahant Accused for Raping Minor in 2010, Dahod

Dalshukh Nath Maharaj of Ranuja Ashram Dham is accused for raping a 14 year old minor in 2010 in his ashram itself. Thereafter he was absconding from the ashram since 2010. Police has nabbed the mahant now and is investigating further in the case. Mahant on the other hand denies all such allegations and says that this is a political stunt.
