After Raj Thackeray appeals people to stop giving toll tax, MNS workers reached Mulund toll plaza and restrained people from paying the toll tax. The workers claim that more tax is collected from the toll post than its expense.
Apart from this the workers also protested at Bandra, Worli and other toll plazas of Mumbai. However, police detained the workers later.

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers continued their protest against toll tax. They damaged the toll naka at Mulund and Ghani. MNS legislator Shishir Shinde held joined the protest as well.
The Mulund police detained Shinde along with 19 protesters on charges of manhandling policemen and damaging public property.
Clash between MNS and Government is going on regarding the toll tax.
