Unique festival of Mourning and Weeping in Sabarkantha

On the Border of Rajasthan and Gujarat there is a village called Gunbhakari where a unique festival of mourning and crying in pain is celebrated. This festival is celebrated by tribal community and the tradition exists since Mahabharata times. Women mourns death of their relatives, after which prayer is offered and they do their traditional dance.
