Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar has made low for caste equality. Nowadays partiality on the base of cast is well prepared situation by politicians because Schedule cast is a big vote bank for Gujarat politicians. BJP organized ‘Ambedakar swabhiman yatra’ by schedule cast people from Patan. Rally will move in 20 district of Gujarat,with this act BJP trying to make their vote bank more powerful. Shedule cast vote bank mainly affects Saurshtra and South Gujarat area. The rally can be a fear factor for congress. Congress and BJP both party try to persuade to shedule cast people only for increase their vote bank.

The cement was for development work but because of irresponsibility it becomes useless. Sarpanch tells that they have informed many times but noone was there to take it seriously.
Now Villagers are asking to take proper step against of the responsible of it.

Claims of hidden treasure of Egypt in Patan

Claims has been made of hidden treasure in Bhemosan of Patan. It is said that the hidden treasure belongs to a king of Egypt. The sign of this treasure is still existing such as a key, a coin and one more antique on which Egypt is written.
According to the one who claimed in the past this treasure was given for safe custody by the king of Egypt to Kshatriyas of India who were known for bravery. Also the king entitled the Kshatriyas as ‘Mayo Thakore’. Later the treasure was brought in Patan and was buried in the ground.
In Patan the treasure was guarded by Harkhaji Thakore. But Britishers had their eye on the treasure for which they hanged Harkhaji Thakore.
Today, Sohamji Thakore has claimed that the treasure can be there in the land somewhere around the temple for which he asked for permission from the collector.
Following his application, the authority has approved digging the place to search the hidden treasure.

Mineral Water Plant running without License, Patan

A mineral water plant in Patan is running without any license or water source. The impure water is sold in name of purity in Radhanpur. There is only one licensed plant in the area though various water plants are running without any hesitation.
When Tv9 Team investigated about these plant we learnt that the water is fetched from a farm lying in the backyard of the plant. The water is pulled through a pipeline from this farm and then is sold to the people. The plant owner himself confessed this.
One need to get a license from Food & Drugs Department and Municipality and only then they can practice this water business. But many people has started this business openly.
Now question arises that if the municipality has issued only one license than under whose mercy these illegal businesses are running.

Last rites of pet dog carried out by the owner, Patan

Ramesh Patel carried out the last rites of his pet dog who was with him since last 10 years at Siddhpur. His pet Tommy protected the factory of Ramesh Patel for 10 year and with this he made a strong bond with all the employees of the factory. It was an emotional moment for all those who were close to Tommy during the last rites of their pet.

Girl kidnapped by an unknown lady reunited with family, accused nabbed, Patan

A 4 year old baby was kidnapped on 12th May from Patan. An unknown woman, Komal aka Payal Vaniya, took the mother into confidence and kidnapped the baby while she was coming from Ahmedabad. But the unknown lady was captured in CCTV camera when she went to a shop to charge her phone. Police was able to trace the woman and finally the baby reunited with her family after 8 days.
On investigating it was revealed that the woman wanted to live a lavish life after marrying her lover. For this she was planning to sell the baby. Police has also nabbed her lover Mehul aka Michael and one more partner.

Female kidnapper captured in CCTV Camera, Patan

An unknown woman kidnapped a 4 year old girl by befriending the girls mother. The woman was traveling in a private bus with her daughter from Ahmedabad to Patan when the kidnapper woman boarded the bus from Mehsana. The woman took the baby to a mobile shop by giving an excuse to recharge her mobile and later she went absconding with the baby. Police is in search of the unknown lady.

Mirchi Gang looted Toll Tax Official, Patan

In Patan on Monday a gang looted toll tax officer in Patan. While the toll tax officer was on his way in jeep with money of toll tax he was attacked by three unknown person on bike. They attacked the toll tax officer and jeep driver by throwing red chilly powder and flee away with 6 lakh rupees. Footage of loot is captured in CCTV camera based on it investigation is underway by Patan Police.

Newly Born Baby found from Thorn Bushes, Patan

A newly born baby girl was found from bushes of thorn from Patan-Deesa road. When people heard cries of the baby the called 108 Ambulance and shifted her to hospital. Many wounds can be seen on the body of the baby. Police has started search to trace the family members of the abandoned baby.

Mother of two abandoned girls consumed poison, Patan

Two girls were found abandoned from Ranki vav of Patan. Police started investigation and found their mother in unconscious state as she consumed poison. The condition of their mother is still serious. Questions arises as to why the woman consumed poison. Her husband said that there was no dispute between them and he stays out of home for work purpose. Police is investigating further in the case.
