In Randher region of Surat residents are harassed by gang of bike riders. Women and girls are not safe on their area, bike riders molest them and tease them. Incident of snatching valuable vehicles is common. To bring their notorious activity in control CCTV camera was installed but despite that they perform stunts which could not be caught in camera.
Residents are demanding to keep traffic point in the area to halt notorious activities.

There has been a tremendous increase in the number of diseases that are caused by water and mosquitoes. Though there is still time for monsoons to arrive people are catching the disease.
A meeting of health department was organized in which shocking information regarding malaria was revealed. Doctors says that people are dying as a result of cold, cough, as well as normal fever. It was discussed that instead of Contagious diseases people are dying as a result of normal fever. Also they experts said that in cases of malaria many people do not complete their entire course because of which the disease hits back. Then number of malaria is increasing amongst people.

Following the threat of leopards every now and then, Forest Department has started operations to catch these leopards. They has imposed cages at several places and are using goats as prey to lure the leopards. Also the officials are taking help of such device that make exact sound of a goat.

People and police started running helter-skelter when rumors spread of somebody kidnapping children. The incident took place in Piplaj area where everyone started running in the forest searching the kidnappers. They said that some woman wearing a veil used to abduct children. Police and residents searched everywhere and found that the person had left the veil behind and ran away.
On the other hand there were rumors that child thief gang is active in Bapunagar that scared parents. 9 year old Shamina Parveen accused that some unknown person tried to abduct her in car and that there were other kids were also there in the car. However, nothing was found on investigating the areas hence, police said that it was rumor and nothing else. Such is the situation now that if kids are are out for playing for a little more time and are mot found parents contact police out of fear and such incidents turns out to be a rumor

8 houses were looted in a single night at a village in Sanand. A gang looted these houses in the midnight when everyone was asleep. But in one of these houses the owner woke up who started shouting and the gang attacked him in which he was injured and also they snatched earring of the woman in the house.
