According to reports Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is likely to announce to distribute mobile phones to every BPL family across the country. Under the new scheme name Har Hath mein phone mobile phones is likely to be distributed. PM is likely to announce it on August 15.
According to an estimate, around Rs 7,000 crore would be spend on Har Hath Mein Phone scheme, which covers around six million BPL households. It is also claimed that the government is likely to offer 200 minutes of free local talk time on every mobile phone.

Governor Kamla Beniwal has granted sanction to prosecute Minister of State for Fisheries Purshottam Solanki for his alleged role in the Rs. 400 crore fishing contracts scam. An unidentified devotee has donated two diamonds with a gold chain at the temple Sai Baba in Shirdi. The temple trust has announced that it is the first of its kinds that the temple received such an exuberant offering in diamonds.
The revered temple reportedly opens its donation boxes, three times a week. After the completion of three days, cash donations are separated from the jewellery and metal donations. And in a period of every three months, these metal goods are ascertained for their value.

City police crime branch nabbed Dharam Sarwaiya for stealing bikes. Dharam is a Computer Engineering student studying in his 5th semester. He stole these bikes in order to pay his tuition fees. He thought to collect the fee amount of Rs. 10,000 by selling the stolen bikes but before he could get do that police succeeded in nabbing him with stolen bile. During interrogation he confessed stealing other four bikes different areas of Ahmedabad.
His father’s income is low which led the youth steal bikes.

University which gives luminous future to students but here is the exception that because of university student’s future has finished.
Once again the biggest mistake of Gujarat University has came out. Computer Engineering Student, Named Samarth Patel is a victim of it. University has made mistake in printing of Mark sheet of 8th semester. Mistake is that there is only 4 subject but university has printed Mark sheet with 5 subject and in 5th subject,they have showed student absent. It is only printing Mistake for University but for student it is matter for his future,just because of the Mistake, his foreign visa application has been cancelled.
Now University will correct the Mistake but what about the student.

A meeting between Narendra Modi and Chairman of Suzuki Motors Corporation, Osamu Suzuki was organized in the Hamamatsu city of Japan. Osamu Suzuki left no stone unturned to welcome Modi and his delegation. Suzuki was very impressed by the development of Gujarat State and thanked Modi for helping in the successful Maruti Suzuki project in Mehsana.
With the arrival of top international automobile company in Gujarat, the state is on the verge of becoming an automobile hub. Maruti Suzuki is about to establish its plant near Becharaji in Mehsana. A fruitful meeting of Modi and delegation with Maruti Suzuki Corporation was organized.
Modi was welcomed according to the Japanese tradition in the Grand Hotel of Hamamatsu city. Mayor and Commissioner of Hamamastu were also present. Modi was offered green tea according to the tradition. Osamu Suzuki organized a special lunch in the honour of Modi during which both discussed the established businesses in India.
Osamu Suzuki informed that 500 employees will be brought from Gujarat to Japan and they will be trained there after which they will be send back to work on the plant. Impressed by the development of the state he also said that he will advice other industries as well to invest in Gujarat.
Modi visited the biggest Suzuki plant in Hamamatsu. There he met Indian engineers working in on the Suzuki plant. He addressed the engineers and educated them about the development of Gujarat State. During this get together a Gujarati youth recited a poem for Modi.
After visiting Suzuki plant Modi visited Suzuki museum. There he was informed about how the car is made, what steps should be taken during accident, etc. Modi also saw a 3D film here.
After this Modi remained present in the JETRO Investment Seminar related to Automobile industries. Approximately 100 people were present in this seminar. After the seminar Modi organized a meeting with the office-bearers of Hamamatsu Chambers of Commerce and Industries.
