On Thursday a youth attempted suicide by consuming poison in Metropolitan court before judge. Immediately he was taken to civil hospital. The youth is identified as Maqsood. Talking to media personnel he said that he has been constantly tortured by police officers. Whereas it is suspected that it could be stunt as the youth has criminal record and has went to jail several times.
This is second such incident, few days ago a rape victim tried to kill herself by consumig poison in the Metropolitan court.

In Lalpur court of Jamnagar a shocking incident took place on Wednesday. In the court premises amidst police custody an accused was assaulted with sharp weapon, The accused was immediately shifted to hospital where he died during treatment. The accused was charged for murder. On primary investigation it is found that the attacker is the father of youth who was murdered by accused.
Investigation is underway but eyebrows are raised over police security.
Youth trapped in 3000 ft deep valley of Pavagadh rescued

Bharat Hasmukh Bhatti went to visit Pavagadh while accidentally he slipped into a 3000 feet deep valley. Since last 20 hours he was hanging in between on support of merely a tree. During the nigh it was very difficult to reach the youth because of the weather. Similar was the situation in morning the area was filled with fog to see anything. However, with great efforts the rescue team was able to trace him with the help of locals and mountaineers. Finally the youth was saved. However, during this entire incident Bharat also injured himself and sustained fractures. He was rushed to a nearby hospital as soon as he was rescued.

Few day ago in Banaskantha a youth died in Police Custody. Family members of the deceased refused to claim the body before action against the police. After their demand complaint has been filed against four police officers.
After the youth died in the custody it was shifted to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital.

It is said that neighbor is the first relative but the incident is the exception, In Baroda youth kidnapped by neighbour for the money. the incident took place on 15th august. kidnapers kidnapped young boy and asked for crore rs from boy’s family. Boy’s Father filed complain in police station and police had started searching operation to find young boy and police got the point that there is someone who is aware with financial condition of Paresh bhai, father of young boy,and after inquiry the whole matter came out that accused done this because he had to give 7 lakh to Paresh bhai. police arrested him and sent to jail.

Youth Jumps to death to escape chase after he slashed a bike rider, Ahmedabad

In Meghaninagar a youth jumped to daeth from third floor of a building while he was escaping chase of a crowd. The deceased is identified as Ajay Parmar, son of traffic PSI Babubhai Parmar. On Sunday at Meghani road i10 of Ajay Parmar hit a biker, after that both got engaged in scuffle. In rage Ajay took out knife from the car and attacked the biker. When crowd saw the incident they chased Ajay. To escape the chase he climbed a building and jumped from it trying to catch branch of a tree he fell on ground and died on the spot.
Meanwhile the biker was admitted to Civil hospital for treatment.
Minor killed by friend following alleged love affair, Vadodara

A youth was murdered by his own friend. It is believed that love affair was the reason behind this murder. The victim went for a movie with the accused and did not return home. Later the accused asked for 7 lakh 20 thousand of extortion from the deceased family who informed the police. Investigation revealed the entire incident following which police has nabbed the accused.

A dead body of 43 year old Jagdish Prasad was found from Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad. A local passing from Akash Tower on Judges Bungalow Road spotted blood dripping from the car and he immediately informed the Vastrapur police.
Police also found a mobile phone from the man which revealed the identity of him. Jagdish used to work as a driver of rented car. Family of the deceased says that he did not returned home after he left in the night.
The car owners as well says Jagdish’s mobile phone was switched off since morning. No clue regarding the motive of this murder is found yet. However, police is investigation further in the case.
Youth boarded train to Pakistan by mistake, imprisoned since 7 years, Mumbai

Bhavesh out of depression of loosing his job and father was mentally disturbed. And in this chaos he by mistake boarded a train that was to reach Pakistan. When he reached there Pakistani he was imprisoned because he did not have any identification proof with himself.
Bhavesh has done engineering from NIIT and also got a good job but when his father died he became very disturbed mentally and because of constant absence from job he was fired. This was not tolerable for Bhavesh who lost control over his mind and since last 7 and a half years he is imprisoned in Pakistani jail.
Now his mother has decided to fight for her son and she is seeking help from the political leaders. Krishna Hegde has also had a word with S M Krishna and says that he is hopeful that Bhavesh will return very soon to his home.
