Railway Police appeals to people for any information about abandoned Bhumi, Ahmedabad

After the DNA test reports of Shaheedaa and Bhumi were negative, question arises once again as to who are the biological parents of the baby who was found abandoned in Janma Bhumi Express.
On the other hand police has started their search following which they have appealed the passengers who were there in the train on 28th March from 25 to 35 seats of S1 Coach to contact the railway police. They asked these people to give any kind of information they have about the baby.
Police is also investigating as to where Bhumi was already there in the train or somebody left her in the train when the train reached Kankaria yard for cleaning. Search is going on for the two women who were present in the coach. Also the police is heading towards Mumbai in search of the baby’s family.


Only city to have maximum temples of Hanumanji in Gujarat, Surendranagar

There are more than 1500 temples of Hanumanji in Surendranagar City. As a result of which the city is also known as Hanumannagar. Interestingly, no name is repeated in these temples and each temple has a unique story behind it. Hence it is obvious that Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated widely in the city.


Poor Security of Marine areas in Mumbai

After the fatal terrorist attack on 26/11 in Mumbai state Government promised to tighten the marine security of the state. But the condition of the marine areas is poor and there is no strong measures in name of security. There are no advance weapons with the police officials on duty, also the patrolling van is in barren condition. Some police station do not have security officials as well. On the other hand when asked about the poor security the officials says that they are trying their 100% for the sake of security of marine areas.


Lifts are becoming life threatening, Mumbai

The conditions of lifts in Mumbai are worsening with each passing day. According to a survey every year 8-10 accidents occurs due to technical problems in the lift. The lift should be maintained properly and checked properly also there should not be overload in the lift as it is also one factor affecting the accidents. Maintenance of the lift fall under responsibility of PWD but there is a shortage of staff in the department which makes it difficult for keep an eye on large number of lifts.


Forest Department prepares to catch the Leopards Veraval

Following the threat of leopards every now and then, Forest Department has started operations to catch these leopards. They has imposed cages at several places and are using goats as prey to lure the leopards. Also the officials are taking help of such device that make exact sound of a goat.


Controversy over ad depicting Narendra Modi as Lord Krishna, Gandhinagar

Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi is caught in another controversy because of an advertisement by the Gujarat Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) depicting him as Lord Krishna. The advertisement was published in a vernacular newspaper by Amreli district President Bharat Kanabar.
The advertisement also shows the state BJP President as Arjun and other BJP leaders as the Pandavas. Congress party is protesting this advertisement.


2 nabbed with 300 fake sim cards, Mumbai

Mumbai Bhaikala police nabbed 2 accused with 300 sim cards. Before this as well they nabbed a man with 600 sim cards. The police believes that they will soon catch the mastermind behind the fake sim cards scam. Total 4 accused are nabbed in this scam. Police has informed all distributors that if they find sim cards sold without documents than they will take strict action against them.


Groundnut Oil rates increasing despite of Stock Limitation, Ahmedabad

After Government imposed stock limitation on the groundnut oil, the prices of the oil continues to rise. There has been an increase in the ground nut oil by Rs. 20 per box. According to trader the reason behind this is decrease in the production of ground nut oil and increase in its usage. Many of them says that international markets are affecting this business.


Central Government is Anti Farmer says Narendra Modi

On Friday April 6 Kisan Hit Yatra Kicked off in Rajkot which was attained by CM Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi in his speech said that Central government is anti farmer and he would not tolerate injustice to farmers any more. He also said that no matter what happens he will be always in support of farmers.


SBI ATM machine thieves nabbed, Ahmedabad

Thieves that stole ATM machine of SBI Bank are nabbed by the police alongwith the stolen amount. Hardik Ginjer and Kamlesh Patel took help of their other friends and stole the machine. Primary investigation revealed that out of debt they did this robbery. Police is on a search for the absconding thieves of the gang. Prior to this Hardik was also nabbed in a case of extortion.
