In order to fight increasing petrol and diesel prices a garage owner has modified Maruti 800 car such that it can run on water. The owner of Ram Motors, Purshottam Pipaliya, has claimed that his car is running on water. In this car energy is created with the help of hydrogen and oxygen and a small tank of water is fitted in the engine of the car. Any kind of water can b filled in the tank. He further claims that one liter water gives an average of 75 km.
Experts are supporting this invention and says that in near future it can be possible that vehicles will be running on water.

Man invents kit that runs bike on water, Mehsana

A resident of Visnagar invented a kit that help running a bike on water. With the help of this kit any two wheeler can run on water. This can be a huge relief from the ever increasing petrol price. Jitu Patel is nether an engineering or technical degree holder, he is merely a 10th pass yet his crucial interest in mechanical has resulted in this invention.
He with great hard work has made this kit. This kit gives good enough average with which a vehicle can run for 65 to 70 km. The expense of this kit is 5 – 6 thousand rupees.

However, records say that this year there was a good number of people who visited lions in the Sasan Gir. More than 4.50 lac tourist visited this year.
Forest Department has also benefited itself with this tourism. Records shows that the tourism has increased in Gujarat.


Electric pole fell down, no casualties reported, Vadodara

An electric pole fell down on the car of Ravi Agrawal while he was passing by the pole. People helped him come out of the car, hence no one was injured in this accident. Learning about the incidents officials rushed to the spot and stopped the power supply of the live wires.
However, this is a serious issue which should be take seriously. This incident has raised many questions regarding the safety of citizens.


Granted school takes fee of Non Granted school, Surat

A granted school named Shardayatan took fees from its students claiming to be non granted. the entire issue came into light when one of the teachers of this school inquired about why the school takes fee if it is granted. Later he did not pay the fees of his daughter who studies in the same school because the school is granted and in turn the school is not giving his daughter’s 10th standard marksheet.
The teacher did RTI and exposed the entire business of the school.
However, the school officials says that though the school is granted they are not taking any grant from the government.


Liquor bottles found in campus of MS University, Vadodara

Liquor bottles, cigarette packets, injections and other such stuff was found from the ground of M S University. This incident has raised many eyes on the security of the ground. When asked the security guard, he said that many people come here for consuming liquor and when they are asked to leave the premises they threaten the guard. The guard also said that many of these people use to bring along prostitutes with them as well. For the security of such a big ground there is only one guard.
University official has accepted this fact and the Vice Chancellor of the university has ensured to complain to the police about this activities.

Mystery over AMTS bus caught fire prevails, Ahmedabad

On Saturday two AMTS buses collided in which one of the buses caught fire. Following this AMTS officials started investigation as to how the bus caught fire. On Saturday it was the driver and AMTS Chairman said that the accident occurred because of brake fail, but now there are different conclusions regarding the accident.
The investigation reveals that the accident occurred because of technical error in the bus. It is said that the safety measures were not taken by the bus driver and conductor fire system that is installed int he bus was not used which might have saved the bus from burning completely.
Many questions are now arising regarding the reason behind this bus accident.
